Community Support Services - The Arc of Hilo offers a range of community support services, including Adult Day Health Care programs in Hilo and Pahoa, Personal Assistance programs, Supported Employment and general assistance and support in navigating the social services system. Services are paid through the Federal Medicaid Waiver Program, through the Long-Term Adult Supports and Resources Program, through our Kokua Program, or as fee for service/private pay.

Employment Training Services
- The Arc of Hilo is authorized by the U.S. Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to be providing services to the community. Vocational Training for people with developmental and other disabilities occurs daily at various private, county, state, and federal locations.
